BUREAU DE CHANGE (m, 5, Exchange Rate--Fencelineneighbor {GSW, $612,588}).  The bay made good use of her inside draw and tracked the first flight through splits of :24.15 and :48.54. She improved to sit fourth turning for home and angled off the fence for her run after six panels in 1:12.37, before getting the best of pacesetter
Lovely Loyree (Cactus Ridge) by 1 1/4 lengths. Heavy 4-5 chalk Lexie Lou (Sligo Bay {Ire}), Horse of the Year in Canada in 2014 on the backs of wins in the Queen's Plate and GIII Autumn Miss S., as well as a runner-up performance to U.S. Horse of the Year California Chrome (Lucky Pulpit) in the GI Hollywood Derby, was parked a minimum of five wide into the first turn in her first start since a second in the GII La Canada S. at Santa Anita just shy of a year ago. Trapped roughly three paths off the fence for the backstretch run, Antonio Gallardo angled Lexie Lou up the middle of the course for the stretch drive and she held on for third.
